GreenPak Hotel Kalam

I stayed at Greenpak resort Kalam for 2 nights. Overall, the environment was very pleasant and peaceful. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The manager was a very kind and cheerful person. I had an issue regarding breakfast, which I discussed with the manager. He was very cooperative and arranged a special breakfast for me, which I really appreciated. The main issue during my stay was the electricity supply. During the daytime, electricity was unavailable for around 30 minutes to 1 hour. I reported this to the management. However, the bigger problem was at night when the electricity remained off for approximately 4–5 hours. Although the hotel had generators, they were rarely operated, which caused significant inconvenience during my stay. Apart from the electricity issue, everything else was excellent. The staff, service, and overall environment were very good. I would recommend that the management address the electricity problem and ensure a reliable 24-hour power supply to improve the guest experience

Rooms are nice and modern but very small for a family and rates are quite high compared to other much better hotels in Kalam. Needs lot of work to improve the overall ambience of the hotel. Service is quite good especially Mr. Abassi is a very helpful person.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Park Resort in Kalam. The service truly felt like home, and everything was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was extremely hospitable, cooperative and always available to look after anything we needed. Our meals were served at our preferred timings, and whatever we requested, the team went out of their way to make sure it was provided. A special mention to Mr. Abbasi, who took great care of us in every way and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend Green Park Resort to anyone visiting Kalam.
